Seasonal Coffee Spots You’re Sure to Like a Latte

The time has finally come to dig out the chunky knits and boots, get the candles lit, and spend lazy Sundays sipping something seasonal with your mates in a local café. We’re ditching the frappucinos in favour of something to warm the mind, body, and soul, and jumping head-first into the colder seasons. To help you make the transition yourselves, we’ve done a little round up of our favourite coffee spots across the city that you need to check out this season.

Grindsmith

Based in MediaCityUK, these cool cats make some seriously good coffee, have a dedicated cult following, and are known for their signature gold spoons. Their Sixth Day espresso blend is perfect for feeling that autumn vibe with its smooth notes of raisin and caramel, and as an added bonus, you can buy it online too! Whether you enjoy whole beans, capsules, or for a cafetiere, Grindsmith have got you covered however you brew at home.

Feel Good Club

A café slash bar that you really do come out of feeling ten times happier than when you went in – this beauty in NQ has it all. The décor is everything you’d want on your insta with plenty of millennial pink and subway tiles, the menu features coffee, brunch, and cocktails, and all of this is served up with a handful of good vibes. Their autumnal specials consist of Pumpkin Spiced Special Lattes, Gingerbread Lattes and the iconic Winter Chai Latte. Yum, we’ll take one of each! Why not also pick up a rainbow cronut whilst you’re there? It’d be rude not to, right?!

Ancoats Coffee

With 2 locations to choose from in Ancoats and the newly opened 111 Piccadilly, there is no excuse not to visit these guys no matter where you are at the weekend. Operating their own roastery, the team behind AC really know their stuff and it shows throughout their menu. In addition, their spaces are light, airy, and a very trendy combination between downtown Stockholm and New York loft. We highly recommend getting your hand on a white-hot chocolate or failing that, see if anything from the ever-changing specials board strikes your fancy.

We would love to hear your go-to autumn vibes order, and which of Manchester’s many coffee bars are your fave, so make sure you get in touch via our socials. We also love to see pics of your autumnal escapades so don’t be shy about sharing those too! If this hasn’t been enough coffee chat for you, make sure you snap up tickets to the Manchester Coffee Festival next month, tickets available here.
