When we asked the Geordies what they wanted from our building, we were told ‘the best amenities spaces in Newcastle’. We knew that we could do it, and we still managed to outdo ourselves. Say hello to our state-of-the-art gym, the karaoke lounge, the cinema room, the games room, the co-workspaces, the bookable pods, the private kitchens – yep, everything you could ever want and then some. It’s all available in the building, bookable via our app, and ready for you to enjoy.
The Local Area
Whether you’re a young professional carving out your career in the toon, or you’re a student getting ready to secure your degree, we’ve got you all sorted. We’re within walking distance from the Uni’s, only a few minutes away from the train station, and right on the Quayside, meaning you’ve got the best of the toons’ bars, restaurants, and cafes all right outside your door.
