Sinclair's Oyster Bar

If you’re a fan of a traditional English pub, Sinclair’s is the one for you. Tucked away on Exchange Square, it’s got a great beer garden, so you can work on your tan while you’re working through their beer list, and they also offer food too – so you can line your stomach and keep the drinks flowing.

Now, this one is a bit sneaky, as Sinclair’s don’t have a website or an online menu, but trust us, there’s always plenty on tap for you to try, and we bet that you’ll find something you absolutely love.

Seven Brothers

A brewery set up by – yes, you guessed it – seven brothers, this is a perfect choice for an afternoon out with your mates. With a bar in Ancoats and Media City, you can choose between the two as to which suits you best, but whichever you go to, you’ll find an impressive spread of crafted beers waiting for you.

Whether you like a traditional IPA, or like to play with flavoured beers, Seven Brothers have got you covered. Their Honeycomb Pale deserves a shoutout here; we bet you won’t find a smoother drink in the city.

Track Brewing Co.

Track Brewing Co. are based on Piccadilly Trading Estate, and offer absolutely everything that you can think of when it comes to beer. Whether you’re a fan of an IPA, a stout, sours – they do it all fresh from their Manchester Brewery.

When you visit Track, you’re not visiting a typical bar – they have worked hard to push the production into the limelight, meaning you get to drink your beer as fresh as possible while watching the next batch being made right in front of you. Pretty cool, right?

Not a beer drinker? Don't worry, you're still invited

National Beer Day isn’t fussy, anyone can celebrate so long as they’re raising their glass – it doesn’t reeeally matter what’s in it. Not to us, anyway. If you’re not keen on a beer, but still want to come along for the day, we won’t leave you hanging.

Four Sisters

Remember us talking about, quite literally, seven brothers coming together to set up a brewery? Well, that family tree just keeps on growing, and it’s time to add four sisters into the mix. (11 siblings? Wow.)

Four sisters are the sister-brand to Seven Brothers – yes, we know, it couldn’t be more confusing to write this out if we tried, so bare with us – and they focussed on a range of gins. They also play with flavours, so think raspberry, vanilla, all fresh and fruity. You’ll find these in the Seven Brothers bars, and we can tell you with confidence that they’re absolutely delicious.

We hope that you’re getting ready to raise a glass for National Beer Day – where will you be heading? Let us know on our socials!
