If you are experiencing a maintenance issue either in your apartment or somewhere in the building, you can contact our dedicated in-house maintenance team using Fixflo. Our team will receive a notification in real time and liaise with you directly using the platform.
Your dedicated property manager, along with our in-house maintenance team can solve most issues for you and should always be contacted in the first instance. However, in the unlikely event of an emergency such as fire alarm activations, water leaks, or a broken external door or window, you should call the emergency response team on 07769 273 998.

However, if you are unhappy with something, and would like to make a complaint, then download our complaints procedure form. We aim to handle any issues or concerns effectively, and wherever possible - as soon as they are raised.
The majority of our developments do not have any dedicated parking, however, they all have the facility nearby. The select buildings that do have parking operate on a first come first serve basis and an extra charge may be applicable, contact us directly to find out which ones.
