How to set up FixFlo on your device

1. Add to home screen

Once you have visited the FixFlo system in your phone browser, navigate to the share button on your browser and scroll down, before clicking the ‘Add to Home Screen’ button.

2. Get password

To create an account, click on the app icon on your phone screen and click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the system. Then, press ‘Get password’.

3. Register your account

Select 'Occupier registration’ below the ‘Get or reset your password’ section, and enter your valid email address, create a password, and enter your address.

How to report a maintenance issue

Open the app icon.

Click on the relevant section that describes your maintenance problem.

Use the text box to elaborate on your issue and let us know all relevant details of your problem.

Add photos of the problem so that our maintenance team can assess the issue before they arrive.

Type your apartment number into the address details section and select your apartment from the list. Please note, this address will be remembered for future uses, so it is important to ensure your apartment number is correct

Add your contact details to the report so that we can get in touch with you about the maintenance issue. This information is also remembered for future uses.

State whether you are happy, or not, for us to access the property when you are not present. Access without being present is the quickest and easiest way to ensure your issue is repaired.

Once this step has been completed, your issue will be sent to our maintenance team who will be in touch. You will also receive an update when the work has been completed.
