What we need to make it official
Before your application with us at Manchester Apartments can be completed, here’s a list of all the things we will need from you to make it official.
Please provide all items within one month of application, unless otherwise agreed with a member of our team.
To prevent delays with your application, please ensure that these items are provided by all tenants by the deadlines provided to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to share this checklist with those you will be living with.
What paperwork we need
Application form
We will need your application form via Goodlord completed in full and signed.
Proof of address ID
Proof of address to confirm your country of residence - this could be a recent utility bill.
Right to Rent in UK
Get a share code by clicking this link to prove your right to rent in the UK.
Guarantor agreement form
Completed and signed, together with a photo ID and proof of address documentation.
Proof of income
If you don't have a guarantor, we will need proof of income via a wage slip or employment contract.
What payments we need
Wondering about your guarantor?
Your guarantor should preferably be a parent or guardian, and if not, they must be over 25 years of age, a homeowner, a permanent UK resident, and in permanent full-time employment.
