Maintenance and Repairs

Our properties are managed by our dedicated in-house Maintenance team, who will deal with any access enquiries, repairs or emergencies within record time. The team is headed by Steve, who can be contacted on 07769 273 998 (for emergencies only) or by emailing maintenance@mapartments.co.uk.

Reporting Repairs

Any repairs should be reported by emailing maintenance@mapartments.co.uk. The team will deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible, although please bear in mind that they may need to order extra parts for you or get back to you on certain issues. You must also ensure that the Maintenance team have easy access to your apartment once the issue has been reported.

Emergencies

Please note that this is related to maintenance emergencies only and any serious emergencies (e.g. fire) should be dealt with by calling 999. Misuse of this service will incur a charge for tenants.

In the unlikely event of a maintenance emergency (e.g. water leak or broken external doors/windows), please call 07769 273 998. Please leave a voicemail if you’re calling outside of office hours and the Maintenance team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Fire Alarms

If you’re experiencing issues with your fire alarms or equipment, please report this to the Maintenance team as soon as possible. You must not attempt to adjust the equipment or replace anything yourself.
