Our properties are managed by our dedicated in-house Maintenance team, who deal directly with our tenants regarding any repairs, access requests and emergencies.
How to Report a Repair
Please report repairs by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to answer your requests.
For Westpoint, please report repairs to our Westpoint-based team at email@example.com. The maintenance service here is available Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, whilst our Concierge team are available everyday.
In the unlikely event of a maintenance emergency, please call 07769 273 998.
For emergencies at Westpoint, please call 07919 567 483.
Examples of possible emergencies include fire alarm activations, water leaks or a broken external door/window.
If you have an out-of-hours emergency, then please always leave a voicemail or send a text to the mobile number and someone will call you back straight away. If you leave a message outside office hours for a non-emergency, then someone will get back to you during office hours.
