We’ll take near enough any excuse to get in the kitchen, so when we saw that World Baking Day was coming up, we knew that we wanted to make the most of it. Grab your mixing bowls and your wooden spoons – this is our Easter edition of World Baking Day.
Carrot Patch Cake
Carrot cake is one of our favourite flavours, so when we saw this adorable carrot patch cake, we knew we had to try this one out. It will take a bit longer than your standard cake recipe, but it’s 100% worth it – and when it comes to the décor, we absolutely love the carrot designs. Ours didn’t look quite this neat, but it tasted amazing and that’s all that matters in the end.
